New Market Data Just Released!

The most recent market data for South Florida and the Treasure Coast has just been released.  Across the area, the data clearly show a drop in closed sales throughout the area.  Inventory of properties for sale has risen across the board as well.  Despite this inventory increase, the market still has under a 3 month supply of inventory.  A well balanced market is generally considered to have 6 months supply of inventory.  So, this market data indicates the market is still in sellers favor.  Buyer demand has waned a bit due to the increase in interest rates and buyers are generally taking more time to buy a property due to the increased amount of inventory.  Please reach out if you would like all of the data for your county/market.
